My name is Tomas Sneen and I’m living in a small town in Sweden together with my wife and daughters. I´ve been fishing since I was a young kid and tried fly fishing for the first time when I was around 14 years old.
I started to tie flies at the same time but the main focus for many years was fly fishing and, in the beginning, mainly in lakes for rainbow and brown trout but also perch and pike.
My favorite fishing today is with a fly in streams for grayling and brown trout when the opportunity arises. In recent years the focus has been more on fly tying and I tie nymphs, emergers, dry flies and also streamers for trout, perch and pike.
It will be my first time at the Irish Fly Fair and I’m looking forward to meet you at the tyers-row!
