Irish Fly Fair

I mainly fish for trout on rivers and stillwaters throughout Northern Ireland. My tying includes dabblers, traditional wet flies, spiders, beaded nymphs, and modern trout patterns inspired by local waters and insects.
Alongside fly tying, I enjoy creating fishing photography and more recently tying videos through Matthew Cooper Flies online. I have also recently started writing the “Matchin’ What’s Hatchin’” article alongside Dan O’Neill, focusing on seasonal insects, fly patterns, and local fishing conditions. I’m looking forward to attending The Irish Fly Fair, meeting fellow anglers, and sharing flies, techniques, and ideas throughout the weekend.
