Tom Doc loves trout and will go anywhere to catch them. Lucky for him that he hails from Galway and lives on the shores of the mighty Lough Corrib in the West of Ireland. He has been the Irish agent for Fulling Mill for eight years as they go from strength to strength in the Irish market. He has helped them increase their range of Lough patterns to the present stage where they are now in the ‘must have’ category for Irish Trout Angler.
Tom operates as a guide on the Irish Loughs of Corrib, Mask and Carra from his farm in Joyce Country. He has written many articles for both Irish and British magazines and currently co presents the popular Fly-Fishing Podcast; Ireland on the Fly. A keen competition angler he has fished for Ireland on nine occasions and has been a fly tying instructor for twenty years.
