My name is Fabien Moulin and I am originally from Switzerland. I have been living in Norway for more then ten years now.
I fish mostly in the woods lake here at home for wild brown trout with dry flies. I follow the different hatches from late April until the end of the season in September, October.
I have always been curious about all types of flies and techniques. My goal is to be a complete flytyer, therefore is training and practice a big part of my flytying.
Everything started with a naked hook!
From there is the technique, materials, repetition, failure, research, testing, fishing, the target!!!
In my fly tying passion is the muddler flies and wet flies my favorite :) The loch flies and the fly tying, fishing culture in Ireland fascinate me. To have the opportunity to be part of the virtual Irish Fly Fair make me proud and grateful.
Flytying is fantastic! Tight lines from Norway
